Having experience in mounting a variety of animals from Alpine New Zealand, Africa and Europe I will mount your trophy with care and attention to the finest details, from rebuilding nictitating membranes ( 3rd eyelids ) to rebuilding the nose nodules and more.

Using the best sculptured mannikins from around the World and the best quality glass eyes your trophy will be mounted using proven award winning methods.

FULL BODY MAMMALS

Lifesize mammals are another speciality of the studio. Again, attention to detail is paramount and the use of top quality mannikins and eyes.

Whether you have a bear from the States or a boar from the Forest of Dean, it will treated and mounted with the utmost care.

Of course, many of us dream of a big lifesize mount in our home but lack the space to put one. If that is the case, then maybe consider a half lifesize mount, which uses only the front half of the animal. They save space and still look amazing.

All birds must arrive with a covering letter stating the location and details of their death, along with the finders name and contact details. This is a requirement of the Wildlife and Countryside Act.

PREPARATION

All skins are meticulously cleaned and treated with the relevant preserving chemical.

All mammal skins no matter small are put through a tanning process and turned to leather...yes even a mole goes through the same process...there are no short cuts at 2 Lookalive Wildlife Art. Rest assured your trophy is in capable hands.

FIELD PREP

I can advise on all aspects of field preparation of your carcasses, whether a hunted game trophy, road kill or a found specimen.
